Diet ah coz perut dah buncit…

Aduh perut sudah makin buncit neh… pingin six pack kembali seperti ketika bujangan dulu. Adapun menu luch mungkin harus di atur sbb:
– Senin : Gado-gado
– Selasa : Nasi Padang
– Rabu : Nasi Capcai
– Kamis : Ketoprak
– Jumat : Gule Kambing / Sop Buntut / Sate Kambing / Ayam Bakar

Namun begitu saya musti mengurangi beberapa makanan yang cukup dianggap berbahaya/sumber penyakit oleh kalangan medis. Antar lain :

  1. Mie Instant/ Mie Ayam / Indomie
  2. Macam-macam daging kambing
  3. Jeroan
  4. Emping
  5. Kerupuk putih di blek / krupuk Palembang coz katanya mengandung pemutih dan pengawet
  6. Kecap
  7. Sambal botolan / Sambal ABC
  8. Sarden / Kornet

Dan bertekad untuk olah raga tiap hari ah

  • Jogging sebelum ngantor : Rabu – Jumat – Minggu
  • 1x seminggu berenang di senayan setiap hari jumat sore atau sabtu pagi
  • Fitness di kantor 1x seminggu tiap hari selasa sore
